We have two foundry workshops. They are: all silicon sol investment casting, production capacity of 3000 tons/year; Sand casting: The production capacity is 3500 tons/year. 

Company has a system that takes material, temperature, structure, casting speed and other factors as variables to provide simulation casting for casting filling, solidification and cooling process. 

In this way, the casting process can be optimized to achieve lean research and development design and fine node control.

 In order to further improve the corrosion resistance of products, the company can customize the export products according to customer requirements, and improve the content of "Ni", "Cr" and other elements. The foundry workshop of the company has strong technical strength, which can produce the blanks of conventional and various special materials to meet the needs of customers in various aspects.
