With the continuous development of social economy, scientific and technological achievements continue to make progress, the role of mechanical automation is more and more important, is widely used in production and life.

Our company is also constantly optimizing the use of automation to replace manual labor in production. In 2020, we have been designing and researching the automatic shell making line. After one year of design and development, the automatic shell making production line of our casting workshop was officially put into production in October 2021. This line has greatly improved our production capacity and quality.
  
By December, the production line had been in use for nearly two months, and the production efficiency had been improved by nearly 50% compared with the previous period. The surface and internal quality of products had also been significantly improved.
